JM Plumbing offers a 10-stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) water filtration system. This system filters out harmful contaminants and delivers high-quality H2O straight from your kitchen or ice maker/refrigerator.
Why do we recommend this specific water filtration system? One of the reasons is that it is a 10-stage system. Other normal RO systems are only a 5-stage. The last stage on this system adds beneficial minerals back into the water. With this RO system you will have healthier and safer water than your tap water and bottled water.

Why should you add this water filtration system to your kitchen?
Safe Water
There could be bad contaminants in your tap water that could adversely affect your and your family’s health. We are trained to know the dangers of water supplies, the effects and how to help protect our customers. This water filtration system is a very affordable and effective in protecting your health.
Reduce Cost
The cost of the RO system and the installation is around $650-800. I did the math of what we were spending a year on bottled water and I was shocked. 99 cents a bottle with 3 of us buying 3 bottles a day would be $3,285 a year. This was an easy decision.
Add Good Minerals
This system is a 10-stage RO system which means the first 5 stages remove the contaminants and the last stage adds healthy minerals back in.
Great Taste
Since all of the contaminants are removed the taste will be very clean. Then the good minerals like Calcium and Magnesium are added which gives it a very good taste. You will notice it is better tasting than bottled water. Yes, I can tell a difference.
Reduce Waste
Our family was buying so many bottles of water a day that our recycle bin would fill up fast. We are very eco-minded people and we did not like all of this waste. We decided to get the RO system and use either glass cups or travel mugs for our water.

Even if you do not have much under counter space this unit is very compact and fits in almost every application.
Replace Reverse Osmosis Filters on Schedule
Your sediment filter should be changed out every 12 months. This pre-filter stage is designed to strain out sediment, silt and dirt. This is especially important as the sediment filter protects dirt from getting to the delicate RO membranes. If you fail to change this filter on schedule, dirt and silt can reach the RO membranes which can then easily become clogged and foul. The RO membrane is the most expensive filter in the RO system, so it's important to protect it.
The semi-permeable RO membrane in your RO system is designed to allow water through, but filter out almost all additional contaminants. If you take care to replace the previous sediment and carbon filters on schedule, the RO membrane should only need to be replaced every two to three years. Of course the schedule will vary based on the quality of your water and household water usage.
In a 10-stage RO System, a final post filter will “polish” off the water to remove any remaining taste and odor in the water. This final filter is a GAC (granular activated carbon) filter. The GAC filter ensures you’ll have outstanding drinking water.
Failure to change out filters per their replacement schedule can not only cause damage to the system, but will also cause a decrease in water production. Thus, if you notice a decrease in water flow from your RO faucet, that may be an indication that your filters have reached the end of their life span.

JM was doing work for a neighbor. Saw their fabulous and clean workmanship and asked the crew to evaluate our needs. Replaced our load panel with a larger panel and upgraded our service line with heavy-up. JM Plumbing and Heating are wonderful people to work with. We are very pleased with the results. In December last year, we had old boiler and hot water tank removed and replaced with an on-demand water heater/boiler Combo unit by JM plumbing. I thought it was important to wait 6+ months before writing a review.
The job was completed in 1 day, with terrific results. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process were extremely professional and eager to answer any and all questions. As a bonus we have a lot more room in our utility room/area.
I have recommended them several times since they completed our boiler/water heater combo and will continue to do so with confidence.

Nick, the co-owner, came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate for a tankless water heater installation, compared to others. Nick is courteous polite and flexible. It's a family owned business.
His crew, Jose, Dimitri, and their assistant were very professional friendly and polite. They did a very clean install and left me nothing at all to clean up. They walked me through the system after as well.
They have my highest recommendation. Period.

We had a great experience with Nick and his team on the repair and maintenance of our furnace and radiators. I called multiple companies that told me they couldn’t come out for a month+ and Nick came by the next day to take a look at our furnace and they started the work the following day. Our furnace is 26+ years old and it required some new parts and a lot of maintenance. The team was extremely detail oriented and never rushed the job. They ended up encountering some additional issues and worked on the problem until it was complete. They were all extremely professional and nice, and they communicated with us every step of the way. We will definitely be using them for all of our future heating needs.

For various reasons having to do with the particular space in our house where our old water heater was located, we were having a really tough time finding a company that could replace our tank water heater with an electric tankless.
